GST is an EU-funded Integrated Project that is creating an open and standardized end-to-end architecture for automotive telematics services. The purpose of GST is to create an environment in which innovative telematics services can be developed and delivered cost-effectively, and hence to increase the range of economic telematics services available to manufacturers and consumers. Global Service for Telematic est un projet de recherche européen visant à valoriser les plateformes télématiques dans l'automobile en créant de nouveaux services utilisateurs.

ATOM (Administration Tool for OSGI(TM) Middleware) est un outil graphique permettant notamment de déployer des bundles OSGi provenant de divers dépôts, et de gérer et contrôler les bundles et les services locaux. Il permet de filtrer les bundles en fonction de leur état, de leur catégorie, de leur nom, etc. Il offre également le moyen de visualiser graphiquement les dépendances entre bundles. Cet outil développé en SWT (Standard Widget Toolkit). (PDF)

The Objectweb JASMINe project aims to develop an administration tool dedicated to Java EE (Apache, JOnAS, EasyBeans, ...), MOM (JORAM, ...) or SOA distributed applications (Orchestra, Bonita, Petals, ...) in order to facilitate the job of the system administrator. It relies on advanced management features and on autonomous behaviour capabilities to reduce the management costs of such architectures. It relies on the OSGi technology to deploy the applications and middlewares components. An administration console enables to manage OSGi-based applications and middlewares.''

XWiki is a second-generation wiki which enables to develop mini-applcations by scripting (Groovy, Velocity). It can be extended with Java-based plugins. Vincent Massol (XWiki contributor and Maven contributor) is looking for a component model to enable hot plugins adding/removing in XWiki server. Vincent hesitates between Plexus and OSGi-based component models (Declarative Service, iPOJO, Spring/OSGi, ...).
